The award was presented by H.E Dr. Shashi Tharoor- Minister of State for Human Resource Department, Govt. of India and Dr. Nasser Bin Aqeel Al Tayyar - President of Arab Publisher House, The Publishers of Forbes Middle East in the presence of H.E. Mr. M.K. Lokesh - Indian Ambassador to the UAE.

You are clearly very good at what you do, as is apparent by the award you have one. As a regular visitor to your Rock Bottom Cafes, and in this case, the one in TECOM especially. I felt it best to inform you of some customer service issues. I suggest looking in to the lower management of the Cafe in TECOM, and the general attitude of staff at the door. This is where customers are greeted, and sets a standard for what is to come. One employee in particular, a Scottish bloke with grey hair, wearing a suit and abusing a managerial role, has absolutely no manners whatsoever and highly defaced the image of your brand with his lack of sophistication. I just thought I would inform you of this as a group of my friends and I were old time regulars to both the Cafes in Dubai and are now put off by visiting after witnessing very unprofessional behaviour, by him in particular.
